This service is Private
pay only. Meaning, the client has his or her own
physician and spouse, family and friends' involvement.
- This is a
Non-Medical Service. Care providers are Currently
certified in CPR, First Aide and experienced
in handing out prescribed medications.
- Provide assistance
with mobility (cane or walker or wheelchairs)
- Help provided with
feedings
- Help provided
getting to and from the latrine
- Limited Care
changing depends, hygiene
- Limited Medical: CPR
and First Aide includes the 911 if needed. call then
to you
- Medication given out
only with guardian's written authorization
- A 911 call will be
the care of an emergency if needed then a call to
emergency contact number on file. Cost to client or
guardian.
